Colette is a fully qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner, working full-time within the Ayurvedic field since 2010.

Colette has been running her own busy practice in Wimbledon, South London, since 2015, where she provides Ayurvedic consultations, detox programmes, herbal remedies and Ayurvedic therapeutic body treatments.

She also lectures on Ayurvedic theory and practice.

Since 2015 Colette has served as an executive committee member of the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association (APA), the UK’s leading professional body for Ayurveda.

She was the Spa Manager and a lecturer at the award-winning Ayurveda Pura Health Spa & Academy for over 3 years.

She has won the Good Spa Guide’s national ‘Most Marvellous Massage’ award.
