Find us on the corner of Prentis Road and the High Road, just behind the newsagents.

We bring some of London’s top teachers to the area and offer a wide range of classes every day of the week.

We also provide community classes, taught by our Teacher Training Graduates, which are £7 donation (or free to attend – just ask!) Our friendly teachers offer classes such as Dynamic Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Warm Yoga Flow, Pregnancy Yoga and Flow and Restore Yoga.

Please note: There are no showering facilities or changing rooms on site.

Alongside all the yoga we do, we also host regular workshops and events, retreats and teacher training.
