The space at Camden is a beautiful renovated Victorian warehouse – originally a piano factory – with high ceilings, natural light and lots of space.

The centre includes:

-5 yoga studios including a far infrared heated studio
-Pilates and Gyrotonic studio
-Barre studio
-6 treatment rooms for massages, osteo and holistic therapies
-Far infrared sauna (free to use and closes 15 minutes before the centre closes)
-Meditation room
-HELMA Café
-Disabled access (please ask for assistance)
-Yoga + lifestyle shop
-Classes also live-streamed from the studios via Zoom
